Cranial Lymphatic Reset

A deeply restorative treatment focused primarily on the scalp, head and cranial structures, designed to release tension while supporting lymphatic flow through the neck and facial drainage pathways.

The treatment begins with gentle lymphatic activation through the clavicle and cervical lymph nodes to prepare the body’s natural drainage pathways. Light facial lymphatic techniques may be used to support fluid movement through the face and neck.

The main focus of the session is the scalp and cranial region. Warm oils are applied to the scalp and worked through slow, rhythmic massage techniques that target areas where tension is commonly stored, including the crown, temples and the occipital region at the base of the skull.

Cranial massage techniques, scalp tools and pressure point work help release tight fascia across the scalp while encouraging lymphatic movement through the occipital and cervical drainage pathways. These areas are closely connected to tension headaches, jaw clenching, screen fatigue and stress-related holding patterns. As well as a light drainage of the face.
