You are probably feeling a little sore in neck and shoulder area; from where you are holding tension and worrying about work related or family issues. Dealing with an irritating boss, walking the dog, cooking dinner and maybe even the school run.
I specialise in relaxing massage, facials, and spa body treatments; for women who need some time out, maybe stressed, burnt out; but would also like to feel pampered with the spa feel.
It is my belief that we should take care of our bodies to ensure we are looking after our physical and mental well-being. In such a busy and stressful world it is important to take time out for self; and restore harmony back to our bodies.
