BOOKING POLICY


A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Appointments aren't confirmed until a deposit is paid for your booking. You will be sent an email confirmation once your appointment is booked, then you'll be sent a reminder before your appointment. You have 48 hours to amend or cancel your appointment without charge. Your deposit can be rolled over to your next appointment.


In the event of a cancellation with over 48 hours notice given, you will be refunded your deposit. If you need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible via email or text.


If you cancel or re-schedule your appointment between 24-48 hours before your appointment start time you will be charged 50% of the full cost of your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the start time of your appointment, or do not show up to your appointment you will be charged 100% of your total service cost.


If you are running late, please contact me ASAP to let me know your expected arrival time. Depending on the service/s you have booked, I may need to shorten the service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will cancelled and treated as a no show, and charged at 100%.
